    CPM ladder

    A tiered CPM rate card where higher-value placements (pre-roll, host-read, niche audience cuts) charge more than lower-value ones.

    A mature studio doesn't sell at a flat CPM. The same downloads might monetize at $15 CPM in mid-roll programmatic, $40 CPM in host-read pre-roll, and $80 CPM in a targeted audience cut. The CPM ladder is the explicit structure that captures that — typically published as part of a media kit and updated quarterly.
