Backfill
Retroactively producing missing artifacts (transcripts, chapters, social cuts) for previously-published episodes.
The other half of paying down distribution debt. Backfill is the explicit project of re-rendering the back catalog: generating transcripts for old episodes, adding chapter markers via the host platform API, building social cuts from existing audio. A 50-episode show with no transcripts gains 50 × 6,000-word indexable pages from one focused backfill week.
