Asset SLA
A documented deadline for when each release-pack artifact (transcript, chapters, social posts, etc.) is owed by which team member.
Service-level agreement, applied internally to release-pack artifacts rather than externally to customers. For each release, every artifact (transcript, chapter markers, show notes, social cuts, web page) has a named owner, a deadline reverse-engineered from publish moment, and a defined consequence when missed. Studios that operate by asset SLA ship 30–50% more on time than studios that operate by 'whenever it's ready'.
