The percentage of planned release-pack artifacts that actually ship with each episode.
If your release template defines 12 artifacts (audio, transcript, chapters, etc.) and your median episode ships with 8, asset completeness is 67%. The four missing artifacts are distribution debt. Tracking this metric forces honest conversations about what's actually achievable per release vs what the template aspires to.
