    • Episode artwork: 1:1 ratio, 3000×3000px, under 500KB

    • Summary paragraph (2–4 sentences)
    • Key topics covered listed (5–10 bullet points)
    • Guest bio and links included
    • All resources mentioned linked
    • Chapter timestamps included (e.g. [00:00] Intro, [03:45] Main topic)
    • Call to action (subscribe, review, follow)

    Distribution

    • Episode uploaded to podcast host
    • Publish date/time set
    • RSS feed verified — episode appears correctly
    • Spotify: check episode appears (2–4 hours)
    • Apple Podcasts: check episode appears (24 hours)
    • Transcript uploaded to host (if supported)
